Chuck Vallese
Founder
Chuck, a Cape May County native, has been in business since 1983. He has a passion for architecture and loves the challenges that building a custom home brings. Chuck and his wife Kris, raised three boys Michael, Luke, and Courtney who have all worked for the family business throughout the years.

Courtney, a Cape May County native, graduated from Richard Stockton College with a degree in communications. After working for his father hands-on with framing and trim work, Courtney decided to follow his passion for building. Courtney enjoys overseeing every detail in our projects, ensuring a turnkey process with our clients. In his free time, Courtney enjoys surfing and snowboarding.

Luke grew up in Cape May County and spends much of his free time enjoying all it has to offer. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a major in art studio graphics. After spending some time living in both South Carolina and New Mexico, he returned back to Cape May County to join forces with his brother Courtney to grow the business to the level it is at today.
Nick Fluharty
Senior Project Manager

Nick works as a Senior Project Manager on a variety of assignments ranging from ground-up new construction projects to large Commercial renovations. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes him a positive addition to any construction project team.
Born in Chester County and a graduate of Widener University, Nick moved to Cape May County to continue to pursue his passion in construction. With over 12 years of experience in the field Nick joined our team to fulfill a Senior Project Manager role.
